Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Control Management website and form part of any contract for services we agree to provide. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Services

Control Management provides property maintenance and related services as described on our website or in written quotes and schedules of work. Services are provided in Dublin and surrounding areas unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to refuse work that is unsafe, unlawful or outside our expertise.

3. Quotes and estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on information you provide and, where applicable, a site assessment. Unless stated as a fixed price in writing, figures are estimates and may change if the scope of work changes, hidden issues are discovered, or access or conditions differ materially from what was agreed.

You can request a quote via our website or by contacting us directly. Get a quote

4. Appointments, access and safety

You agree to provide safe access to the property, utilities, and information we reasonably need. You are responsible for securing valuables and pets. We may postpone or stop work if conditions are unsafe or if required consents (for example landlord or building management approval) are not in place.

5. Price and payment

Payment terms, deposits and invoicing will be confirmed in writing where applicable. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may incur interest and recovery costs permitted by law.

6. Cancellations and delays

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us reasonable notice. We may charge for costs already incurred or for short-notice cancellation where fair. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (including severe weather, supply shortages, or access issues).

7. Warranties and liability

We carry out work with reasonable skill and care. Any warranty on work or materials will be as stated in your quote or invoice. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit, data or business opportunity). Our total liability arising from any contract or series of related claims is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant services in the twelve months before the claim, except where a higher limit applies by law.

8. Website use

Content on this website is for general information. We aim to keep it accurate but do not guarantee completeness or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. You must not misuse the site (for example hacking, scraping, or distributing malware).

9. Intellectual property

Text, graphics, logos and other materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Control Management unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions of law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Your continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
